Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over € 150. Below this amount, we charge € 9.90 including VAT for deliveries throughout Italy and  major islands, excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia.

If the order contains a product indicated as bulky or oversized, a supplement of € 18.00 per order will be charged. This supplement is independent of the free shipping threshold. You can check whether the item is bulky on the product page and/or in the list of products in the cart.

We want to offer you the cheapest possible shipping while ensuring it is safe and professional. For this reason, we use different couriers depending on the size and weight of the item.

Collection from the warehouse

It is possible, upon request, to collect from our warehouse in Poggio Rusco (Mantova).

It is necessary to book the collection by sending an eMail to info@luminalpark.com or calling us at +39 0386 51209. The request must be submitted before confirming the order.

Payment in cash upon collection is not possible.

Collection must be made in person and not with your own courier.

Delivery times

We normally ship all orders received by 12:00 on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). During some periods of the year, shipping times may be longer.

Delivery times depend on the courier used and the type of item.
